Prague Centre for Media Skills (PCMS) is an international group of media and communication professionals dedicated to promoting fair, inclusive, and informed societies. Our mission is to strengthen fundamental human rights, rule of law, democracy, inclusion, equality, sustainability, and respect for individual rights and aspirations.
PCMS is a founding member of the Promoting Human Rights in the Digital Era consortium. Financed by Norway Funds, this 2-year project is aimed at raising awareness of the negative impact of new technologies on human rights, especially among vulnerable social groups.
PCMS works with Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty to empower journalists from regions where democracy and independent media are under threat. Together with RFE/RL, PCMS aims to promote journalistic excellence and support fair, inclusive, and transparent societies.
By actively participating in conferences, events, workshops, engaging in collaborative efforts on e-learning initiatives, contributing to publications, and more, PCMS not only contributes to knowledge sharing in our field but also fosters a dynamic environment of collective dialogue, emphasizing the importance of collaborative discussions in advancing our collective expertise.
We would like to extend out heartfelt gratitude to all our donors, partners, and volunteers,
who have supported us throughout these years.
